Renewable Energy Sources (OZE) 6th International Scientific Conference OZE 2016

Conference Objectives

Renewable energy sources are a prospective alternative environmentally acceptable form of energy acquisition (electricity, heat) to enable sustainable development. The conference program comprises various forms of renewable energy: solar energy (photovoltaics), chemical energy (biomass processing and utilization in cogeneration units), water and wind energy and geothermal energy. The content of these individual areas will be presented in the form of invited lectures, short oral contributions and posters. The conference is also a forum for dissemination of scientific results and achievements in the National Centre for Research and Application of Renewable Energy Sources which was established in 2009 at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.

IPC Chairman

Julius Cirak

Aims

The objectives of the Conference are aimed at creating a common platform for researchers and professionals acting in various areas of renewable energy sources. The Conference provide possibility for knowledge exchange in the field of fundamental science of materials and material structures for renewable energy sources as well as experience exchange in real practical exploitation of the renewable energy sources concept in power engineering, economy, legislation, environmental issues and also education.
